Distribution
Our distribution centre is designed to accommodate a fluent product flow. Several trucks can be loaded simultaneously, while a modern pallet stacking system allows fast and efficient off-loading at our customer’s premises.
Quality Beverages supports the empowerment of its employees and the latest “owner driver” empowerment scheme is testament to this philosophy. We have a 24-hour trucking and distribution depot that ensures that orders and deliveries are on time, every time, hence our exceptional record with our trading partners. Quality Beverages was also selected as the official soft drink supplier to the Cricket World Cup in 2003 that was held in South Africa. This was another vote of confidence with regards to our production and distribution expertise.
Independent supermarkets and cash & carry customers are serviced on a weekly/fortnightly cycle or as required within the stipulated zones. All customers within an 80-km radius are serviced within 24 hours of placing an order. Of the rest of Quality Beverages’ customers, 80% are serviced within 48 hours of placing their order.
Control
Quality Beverages has its own, fully equipped quality control laboratory where our technicians conduct regular checks to ensure that our products always comply with the strictest specifications.
