JIVE INTO SUMMER’ LUCKY DRAW

1. The ‘Jive Into Summer’ Lucky Draw is organised by Quality Beverages and is open to South African residents, except directors and employees of Quality Beverages and their families, business partners, sales agents, advertising agency staff or consultants of Quality Beverages, its associated companies, service providers and the immediate family members of aforesaid persons (including, but not limited to, spouses, life partners, parents, children, brothers and sisters).
2. The ‘Jive Into Summer’ Lucky Draw commences 12 November 2009 and closes ten weeks later i.e. 28 January 2010.  A draw for a Weber Braai, an Xbox and a Samsung TV will take place every week for the duration of the promotion.  To qualify for a prize you must enter each week.  You may enter as many times as you like each week.  Winners will be selected from all valid SMS entries received and notified by telephone. Prizes must be collected within 30 (thirty) days of winning, failing which Quality Beverages reserves the right to re-draw another winner.  If a winner is indebted to Quality Beverages in any way, he or she will be disqualified from receiving the prize.
3. By entering the ‘Jive Into Summer’ Lucky Draw all entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Lucky Draw, which will be interpreted by Quality Beverages.
4. The decision by the competition judges regarding all matters relating to the Lucky Draw, including any dispute, is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. Quality Beverages will not be liable should any tax on the prize be levied by the state.
6. Quality Beverages reserve the right to amend, modify or change the rules at any time during the competition.
7. To enter the ‘Jive Into Summer’ Lucky Draw, entrants are required to SMS to 34115 the word ‘Jive’, and his or her full name and age and the last (4) four digits of the Barcode from the Jive flavour purchased.  Entrants must check the reply.  R2 (two rand) per SMS.
8. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.  If under 18 they must be duly assisted by a parent or legal guardian in entering the Lucky Draw and in using the prizes.
9. The winners of the Samsung 54cm TV will be required to show proof of a valid TV Licence
10. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
11. The winners will be required to sign a consent that he or she will allow Quality Beverages or its representatives to photograph him or her for promotional purposes related to the ‘Jive Into Summer’ Lucky Draw without payment or additional compensation.
12. If in the event that the ‘Jive Into Summer’ Lucky Draw is terminated, whether by the DTI, the Lotteries Board or any other entity, all entrants will waive any rights which they may have against Quality Beverages.
13. Winners shall be required to indemnify Quality Beverages for any damage or loss they may suffer from winning the prize.
